At Woodlands Conferencing we deliver a professional customer focused service and achieve excellence through our years of experience, dedicated staff and state of the art facilities.

 

Our purpose-built venue, tailored services and expert event planning knowledge – combined with high quality facilities will ensure that you host the event you require – with no compromises.
 
Reception
Our reception area provides you with an immediate welcome for your visitors  and instant help throughout your conference.  The digital signage system within the area offers the opportunity to personalise your conference details as your guests arrive.
 

Our modern setting and stylish seating provides the perfect area for a break from the conference or an area to catch up with the office.

Technical Production
Our in-house AV and ICT specialists will help you prepare all your meeting needs. From emailing your presentations in advance so we can install the information ready for your day, to simply being available on the day for any last-minutes changes or media needs, our technical team will ensure your day runs smoothly. 

Facilities
Our wide range of conference and training facilities will ensure that no audience is ignored and all our in-house equipment can be supplied at no extra cost. Facilities include:
• broadband internet access in all rooms;
• WiFi 
• a maximum of 2 laptops (additional laptops are available at an extra cost);
• digital and flexi cameras to record your event;
• digital projectors and integrated medial console in the conference halls;
• interactive white board; and
• a portable platform and our induction loop system all help to ensure all your conference and training needs are met.

Internet Zone and Touch Down Room
The internet zone located in the reception area has fixed PCs allowing both LCC and external customers to access to MS Office applications.  In addition, a separate touch down room has corporate network points for LCC colleagues
