By road from the M61 (2 miles)
 
Leave at junction 8 (Chorley North exit) and take the Motorway-roundabout exit for Chorley/A6.
 
Stay in the left-hand lane and take the second exit/Chorley A6 at the next roundabout (you will go past the Hartwood Hall Hotel on your right).
 
Take the right hand lane for the next roundabout. Here, take the second exit signposted to Southport and Euxton(B5252) and you will pass Chorley Hospital on your left. 
 
At the next roundabout take the second exit for B5252 West Way.  
At the next roundabout turn left onto the A581 and stay in the left hand lane following signs for Chorley. 
 
After half a mile, you will find Woodlands on the right opposite the school playing field.
 
 By road from the M6 (3miles)
 
Leave at junction 28 (Leyland exit).

Turn right at the end of the slip road and then turn right at the traffic lights (Hayrick Pub) onto the A49 following signs for Euxton and Chorley.

Continue for 2 miles, going under a railway bridge, until you come to traffic lights at crossroads (the Bay Horse pub ahead on your left).
 
Turn left (signposted Chorley) onto Euxton Lane. 
At the roundabout, turn right onto West Way.  
At the next roundabout turn left onto the A581 and stay in the left-hand lane following signs for Chorley.
 
After half a mile, you will find Woodlands on the right opposite the school playing field

By Bus: 
Chorley Interchange is opposite the railway station and buses passing Woodlands are 10, 15 and 109  Buses from Woodlands back to town are 11, 16 and 109. From Euxton railway station, buses 109 and 347 stop directly outside Woodlands.
